The Jacksonville Jaguars addressed their offensive line needs Monday by signing free-agent tackle Tra Thomas away from Philadelphia.
Contract terms were not divulged.
Thomas has been named to three Pro Bowls during his 11-year NFL career, missing just 10 games during that span.
He is expected to replace left tackle Khalif Barnes, who is a free agent this season.
"I want to play here as long as I possibly can,"
said Thomas, who was the 11th overall pick in the 1998 draft. "I want to finish my football career here."
